Hosted by Orsolina28 Art Foundation, SmartBuyGlasses’ team spent four days strategising and planning for the company’s future. During the retreat, they focused on prescription lens trends and explored industry best practices.
The team had the privilege of speaking with two industry leaders, Jacobus Groot and Kate Save. Jacobus is an internationally oriented and grown entrepreneur in HR and project management and is the founder of QRPeople. He gave an inspiring speech with critical insights and discussed the Rockefeller Habits to help support a healthy routine of strategic thinking and execution planning.
Kate, a clinical dietician, exercise physiologist, and successful entrepreneur in health and well-being, shared how crucial it is to look after oneself, especially as company leaders. Within the company, ensuring employees’ welfare is a top priority, so Kate’s insights were an enlightening experience.
