Kate, a clinical dietician, exercise physiologist, and successful entrepreneur in health and well-being, shared how crucial it is to look after oneself, especially as company leaders. Within the company, ensuring employees’ welfare is a top priority, so Kate’s insights were an enlightening experience.

We were fortunate to be able to experience the most innovative dance school retreat, where we were able to participate in cooking classes, vegetable gardening, yoga, pilates and amazing glamping facilities. It was a truly innovative experience which will no doubt propel our management team to continue to achieve more innovations for our platform and customers.”
